If you don’t see your AUD transfer under ‘Account' –> 'Receive’ (marked as “processing” or “processed”), it means we haven’t received it yet.
Possible reasons include:
1.Still in Transit:
• If sent via EFT, transfers can take up to 3 business days to arrive.
2.Held by Your Bank:
• Some banks may hold funds “for security reasons” for up to 72 hours, especially for first payments, larger-than-usual payments, or transactions that trigger their systems.
Although this can be frustrating, there is no need to worry. If you used the correct transfer details, the funds will eventually arrive. Please allow extra time if it is over a weekend or public holiday.
