If another person has asked you to deposit, or to raise your deposit limit, and has told you what to say to Bitaroo about why, please stop. Bitaroo will never ask you to deposit on someone else's instructions, and no genuine investment, romance, job or support contact needs you to raise a limit on their behalf.

To minimise the risk of fraud and its potential impact, the following limits apply to all AUD deposits:
| KYC Level | 24-hour AUD Deposit Limit |
| 1 | $10,000 |
| 2 | $25,000 |
| 3 | $50,000 |
| 4 | $250,000 |
| 5 | Over $250,000 |
KYC stands for 'Know Your Customer'.
Available limits are calculated on a rolling 24-hour basis.

There are no daily limits for withdrawing AUD or BTC out of Bitaroo or depositing BTC into your Bitaroo account.
