Generally speaking, Australian banks are not Bitcoin-friendly, and dealing with them directly poses significant operational risks. Bank accounts can be frozen without notice or even closed with little warning.
To mitigate these risks, Bitaroo has chosen to use a payment processor.
Our payment processor charges a flat processing fee on each deposit and withdrawal.
Unlike other exchanges, which recover these costs through high trading fees and/or high BTC withdrawal fees, we have chosen a different approach.
All fees are detailed here.
