Each Bitaroo user is allocated their own unique bank account number and their own PayID email address. This means having a specific reference number is unnecessary.
If your bank requires a reference or description, we suggest using a neutral term such as “Bitaroo” or “Transfer.” Even if you leave that field blank, our system will still automatically allocate your deposit to your Bitaroo account.
