All users must:

- Hold an Australian bank account.
- Hold current passports or driver licences issued by one of the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Philippines, Portugal, San Marino, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom.
On the 'sign up' page, choose 'Individual', follow the prompts, and you should be verified within minutes.

Business accounts are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Generally, simple ownership structures should be fine. If your business has a complex ownership structure, please contact us first.
On the 'sign up' page, choose 'Company', follow the prompts, and you should be able to apply to open a Company account within minutes.
Upon receiving your application, an automated response will be sent, followed by a human response within 2 business days.
