You can change your password from inside your account, or reset it from the sign-in screen if you cannot get in.
If you are signed in
On the web platform go to Account > Security and open Change password. In the Bitaroo Express app, go to Account > Security > Change Password. You will be asked for your current password and then your new one.
For your security, bitcoin withdrawals are blocked for 24 hours after you change or reset your password. AUD withdrawals are not affected.
If you cannot sign in
On the sign-in screen of the web platform or the app, select Forgot your password? and follow the prompts to reset it by email.
If you can no longer open the inbox for the email address on your account, see Can I change my Email Address?
Important: multiple failed sign-in attempts may result in your account being locked. If that happens, please Contact Support and we will advise next steps.
