All of your support tickets can be viewed and replied to online.
1. Go to our Support Centre.
2. Click on 'Sign in' (top right).
New Support Users
1. If you never created a support login (different to your Bitaroo login), click on 'New to Bitaroo Support? Sign up'.
2. To sign up, you can use your full name or alias but the email has to be the same email address you used for your Bitaroo Account.
3. Fill the form, click on 'sign up' and receive a welcome email with a verification code.
4. Click on the verification link within the email and choose a strong password.
Existing Support Users
1. Sign in.
2. Click on your user name (top right) and choose 'My Activities' from the dropdown menu.
3. See your tickets there where you are able to view and/or reply as needed.
