Enabling this feature means that as soon as the Point of Sale invoice has been paid, we instantly convert the bitcoin to AUD.
Enabling this feature also means you qualify for free AUD withdrawals once the withdrawal threshold you set (minimum AU$100) has been met.
Please note that in most cases, you will receive the full AUD amount you charged, but if the BTC/AUD exchange rate moves significantly between LN invoice issuance and when it is actually paid, you may receive slightly less.
This setting can always be changed via 'Settings' → 'Point of Sale' → 'Auto convert bitcoin to AUD?'
Auto convert is available once your Bitaroo account registration is complete, and only to Australian citizens and residents. If Auto convert is off, the bitcoin from each sale is credited to your Bitaroo account balance and stays as bitcoin.
