To initiate a Bitaroo Vault Unlock in the App, select ‘Vault’, or visit our Web platform (https://trade.bitaroo.com.au/) and navigate to ‘Account’ → ‘Vault’.

Click the 'Unlock from Vault' button.

You will be prompted to enter your 2FA code.

After this step, please wait for 48 hours to receive an email code. This is an important security measure to ensure the safety of your Vault Unlock, minimising the risk of unauthorised access to your email or device.

Once you receive the email code, enter it into your Vault Unlock request on the App or on the Web platform.

Your Vault Unlock request will then be placed in the queue. Our team will process it within 2 business days.
