1. Navigate to the AUD send page:
• On the App: Go to the ‘Send’ page and change the ‘Send Type’ to AUD.
• On the Web: Go to ‘Account’ –> ‘Send’.
2. If you haven’t already, enter your bank details and click ‘Save’.
3. Enter the send amount in AUD or click ‘Max’ to send your entire balance.
4. Click ‘Confirm’, review all details carefully, and if everything looks correct, confirm the transaction.
Waiting times:
• OSKO/NPP Transfers:
Funds should arrive almost instantly if your bank account supports OSKO/NPP.
• EFT (Standard Bank Transfer):
If OSKO/NPP isn’t supported, the transaction will be processed as an EFT. Funds typically arrive within 1 business day but may take up to 3 business days.
