What are the available plans?
Guardian has three subscription tiers: Starter, Standard and Premium. Every fee, including the price of extra co-signs, is listed on the fees page.
What do I get with the Starter plan?
The Starter plan includes a public key for your multi-sig wallet, and support setting the wallet up. Co-signing details cannot be stored, and no free co-signs are included, so each co-signing request is charged. Starter is ideal if you manage your own setup and expect to call on us rarely, if at all.
What does the Standard plan include?
Standard adds the option to store your public keys and derivation path with us, plus one free co-sign and broadcast each year, with a lower charge on any further requests. Standard is ideal if you manage your own setup, want your wallet details kept on file and expect to use us occasionally.
What additional features does the Premium plan offer?
Premium adds three free co-signs and broadcasts each year at the lowest rate, and also includes:
- Two brand new hardware wallets, sealed in the box.
- A white-glove setup service via video with a Premium expert.
- The option to set special co-signing instructions and custom terms.
Premium is ideal if you want setup assistance and want to learn how to use the hardware wallets and manage your multi-sig setup.
Are there any additional fees for co-signing or broadcasting transactions?
Yes. Starter includes no free co-signs, Standard includes one per year and Premium includes three per year. Requests beyond the included ones are charged at the rates on the fees page.
