To comply with AUSTRAC's rules, the Bank Account Holder name must match your Bitaroo Account name.
Joint bank accounts are acceptable.
If the Remitter name does not fully match your Bitaroo Account name, the deposit will be delayed until a staff member reviews the deposit and will either push it through manually or contact you for further information.
If the bank account is not under your name then this would be a 3rd party deposit which is not allowed under AML/CTF rules, and we will need to send the deposit back to origin. '3rd Party Deposit Return Fee' will then apply.
Please note that Fintech accounts are not acceptable.
